The Busyness of the Day~

Its been quite the busy day!! I finished scraping the protective film off the window this afternoon! Yippee! I so glad that portion of the project is done. I had small pieces of plastic all over my dining room/living room floor as well as the furniture. After vacuuming it all up, I'm rather pleased with how the window looks now. I had a antique stained glass window on a chain up there, and now that the sun can properly come through it will look so pretty. The windows must be cleaned, but will either to that tomorrow, or first thing Monday morning. The room looks so much brighter and full of light! I will post pictures when the room is put back together.

Dinner has been in the crock pot since this morning: Sirloin tips with onion in a homemade gravy over egg noodles and a big salad! Its just hubby and I tonight. He is watching a football game, and I'm ready to get cleaned up and fix the salad.

I will spend the rest of the evening reading and relaxing, with some candle light and a good book! Wishing you a peaceful evening and a restful Sunday....blessings to you and yours.
