morning musing~

What a morning its been. Thought that our cat got out ,the screen door was left ajar....but alas, he is in the garage hiding because its trash day. Whew that is over!
The backyard is watered now, and I had the pleasure of getting sprayed by water as I turned on the sprinklers! What a delight that was....quite refreshing on this very warm morning here.
Much to do today--
*Laundry- fold and put away
*Purge some files in the desk drawers and reorganize them
*Vacuum the master bedroom
* Cut some flowers for fresh bouquets
* Start to pack for my mini vacation
*pay some bills, and log next months bills on calendar
The roses in my front and back yards are blooming yet again...they were rather dormant through the big heatwave a few weeks back...but there are quite a few new blooms and i'm thrilled! I am planning on cleaning out the garage (again) once the weather cools some and finally paint my laundry room area which is in the garage. Lots of plans in my head, but today i'm going to walk through my house and write down what need to be repaired, or replaced. Always something needing to be attended to!
I'm drinking my last bit of coffee, reading to tackle the household tasks. Lord I ask that you order my day as only YOU can...in Jesus name I pray..Amen.
Blessings to you this day and remember that The Joy of the Lord is your strength!

May you always have work for your hands to do.May your pockets hold always a coin or two.May the sun shine bright on your windowpane.May the rainbow be certain to follow each rain.May the hand of a friend always be near you.And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.~Irish Blessing

Oh, that must be a dream come true, roses blooming in your back & front yards! Our soil just refuses!! And yet, it grows my beloved larkspur and love-in-a-mist faithfully each spring. I feel like I've just had a real visit for a minute here. Blessings to you Mindy, and may there be many of them...

I know this is my second post to you today but I wanted to thank you for your kind words on my blog. I just read them and I wanted to let you know that you are special to me.
I am so blessed to have met people like you here in blogland. I love knowing that people here think of me when I am down and now I can get back up and go on. Thanks so much....
