transparent~

Thank you ladies for your comments regarding my last post of transition and learning. Your wisdom and kindness is so welcomed and indeed appreciated.
I have been praying for sometime asking the Lord to help me become more transparent. To be able to see more and more of Him and less and less of me. The scripture that I have based this pray on is John 3:30~ " He must increase, and I must decrease". As I pray for God's will to be done in my life, I now realize that this transparency is God's will for me. Its been painful as the flesh dies, due to circumstances that break the heart and crush the spirit at times. But in those times of refining I know that God's hand has been upon me and i've not been alone. Prayers are being answered, and I'm so very thankful and grateful to my Lord Jesus that i'm His child. For as I decrease, He increases in me, His Presence and His Power and His Love. This vessel...He is using this broken vessel to reach others, even those in my family!!! I have been walking with my Lord for nearly 25 years, and i'm just as in awe of Him and I was when I was first saved. He is the love of my life...and I honor Him in word and deed, this is not something that I can do in my own strength, I choose to serve Him, and He gives me the power to walk it out!!! My heart is so full right now, As I write this the very presence of the Living God surrounds me and I feel His gentle touch. I pray that today you will feel His presence to comfort you, to fill you with His peace and Joy, and to strengthen your spirit on your journey with Our Lord Jesus. Blessings.....

Oh, Mindy, this is absolutely beautiful! God's Holy Spirit has been making Himself manifest in my life, as well, and I am so grateful for what He is doing. You are such an encouragement to me - your humility, love, eagerness to do God's bidding - thank you.
