vintage garden....

I purchased this little wagon at an estate sale a few years ago...I wanted to do something with it in the yard...but didn't know exactly what...so now I use it in a corner under the lemon tree in the planter there...I have filled it with plants and statuary....next to it on the left is a vintage water pump my husband found...The sweet little wagon gets changed out when the seasons change... on the other side of the fence the ground slopes down to a small stream...even in the summer you can hear the water flowing over the rocks and branches that have fallen...lots of birds and wildlife too! I enjoy my yard immensely, such a peaceful place to sit, meditate, and ponder.

I sure hope today is a good one for you, esp. since your weekend was sort of stressful, family-wise.

Rest in that great garden, maybe?

Love to you, girlfriend!

Love the wagon! I have one too that I got several years ago at a sale. I have pansies in mine and have it in a little flower bed with a old hand plow and a little wooden wagon. I love using different items in my flower beds.

i recognized "my wagon" right away! leo found a battered up wagon just like that at the dump - years back ... i always wanted a little red wagon, and finally got one 30+ years later! *smile* .... we painted it red and the wheel rims black ... then i planted flowers in it and would pull it to various places in the yard ... this winter i gave the wagon to my aunt, since i anticipated a quick condo move for us ... that hasn't happened yet, but i will still be able to enjoy the wagon at her place - hopefully she'll fill it with flowers too!

i love the way you have yours arranged!

Easter blessings sent your way!

Mindy, I hope that you are having a great Easter. You have been tagged. You need to visit my blog. I was tagged by Yellow Rose. She wanted me to come up with a list of 6 weird things about myself and then tag 6 more people. I chose you. Hope you do not mind..Sandy
